Her meditation expertise spans over 8 years of daily practice, 5,000+ hours of meditation, and 65 days on retreat. She is trained to teach over 20 meditation styles, with her current primary personal practice being Mahamudra and other nondual wisdom traditions. Rachel has taught meditation at Google and serves as a volunteer at Spirit Rock Meditation Center.
